Mutuality Hub
Dr. Susan Gurnee, Director of Growing Wheel International, a tax-excempt NGO founded in 1998, developed the Six Stages of Mutuality based on decades of her global independent studies.
In publications, seminars, lectures, case studies, and year-long courses at Fields of Understanding School of Principled Consciousness, she has been sharing the Six Steps of Mutuality for over 20 years. The more people sent in positive testimonials about applying the Mutuality Model in all areas of their daily lifes, the more the model showed the universal applicability of its stripped-down to the essential structure. Today, people all over the world have made the Mutuality Model the basis of their daily interactions - in partnerships, families, business negotiations, creative endevours, community building, and leadership.

Mutuality is a foundational requirement that supports the inner relationship with your own personality. If you do not understand yourself, you cannot understand what is around you.
If you do not love and respect yourself, you cannot love and respect that which you encounter.
